Harmful Blue Light and what you can do about it
We live in a tech filled world. I know for myself as soon as I wake up I'm on my tablet catching up on the daily news while I eat my Corrugated Bran Puffs. And then all day at work I'm in front of an LED monitor, and when I get home yet again I'm on an iPad just winding down from a long day. What we don't realize is that we've been subjected to High Energy Visible (HEV) blue light all day long from our electronics.
This whole world of electronics is still fairly new to this generation, but the effects are already being documented. Some symptoms of too much exposure to blue light are head aches, blurred vision, sleep disorders and fatigue. I believe our youngest generation will be affected the most from this exposure. But fear not, there are products on the market that can help fight this.
